HEALTHCARERN Care Manager - Pinehurst, N.C. Registered nurse with behavioral health care experience required. Coordinate care for Medicaid patients in Moore, Lee, Harnett and Hoke counties. Base work site Pinehurst. Computer literate Care Ambassador - Pinehurst, N.C. Work with Medicaid, Private Pay and indigent patients in a primary care practice to conduct pre-screen and screening data collection assessments regarding alcohol and substance use/abuse and work with assigned practice to improve care for Carolina Access patients. High School diploma required; Bachelors or Associate Degree in Human Service or Health-Related field preferred. 1-2 years prior experience in a medical/primary care setting or behavioral health setting preferred. Benefits Community Care of the Sandhills (CCS) offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to its employees. Here are our various benefit plans. INSURANCE Health Insurance coverage is a Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina - Blue Options HSA policy. TIME OFF WITH PAY Paid time Off (PTO) - Full time employees earn 22 days (176 hours) paid time off per year at the rate of 6.77 hours per pay period. This rate increases after 1 year of service. PTO is to be used for vacation, sick leave, or personal leave. Holidays - Full time employees receive the following days off with pay: New Year's Day, Friday before Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day following Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Bereavement Leave - Full time employees are allowed three (3) paid days off for the death of immediate family. Jury Duty Leave - Employees will receive their normal wages in addition to any remuneration received from the court for jury or witness pay. RETIREMENT SAVINGS & CONTRIBUTION 401K - Eligible employees may make elective salary deferrals. CCS will make matching contributions equal to the employee elective deferral up to a limit of 5% of the employee compensation for the calendar year. REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES Mileage - CCS reimburses employees for use of personal vehicle to travel for business purposes at the rate allowed by North Carolina DHHS and Community Care. Misc. Expenses - CCS reimburses employees for expenses incurred during the performing of one' job, i.e. Internet service, postage, office supplies. Travel Expenses - CCS reimburses for employee incurred expenses associated with attending pre-approved, work related events outside of the CCS area. Training - CCS reimburses for employee incurred expenses associated with attending approved, work related workshops and seminars. TB Screening - CCS reimburses employees for expenses associated with TM screening, which is required of nursing staff upon initial employment and thereafter annually. EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) The EAP is provided at no cost to the employee through FirstHealth of the Carolinas. For further details, please refer to the Human Resources Department.
